How to integrate with Aircall

Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator and to be logged into Aircall as an Aircall administrator/account owner

Step 1

You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu

In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.

Localize the card Aircall and use the connect button to be re-directed to Aircall to authenticate.

Step 2

You must log in to Aircall as an administrator or Aircall account owner to authorize integration.

When you are redirected to the Aircall site, you will need to authenticate yourself with your Aircall administrator credentials, if you were not already authenticated.

An information page may then appear, confirming that Calibris wishes to access your Aircall workspace. All you have to do is confirm.

Step 3

You'll be redirected to Calibris. It's that simple.

You can now take advantage of your Aircall's integration with Calibris, pull in your call recordings, and evaluate them, all through Calibris.
