Calibris is a company created 10 years ago by friends who were in charge of the information system of the customer relations department of one of the largest European contact centers. More than:

  • 2500 agents,
  • 70 managers,
  • 6 sites in several countries.

The tools they had put in place allowed them to distribute information throughout the company on the one hand, and to centralize and synthesize data collection for the production of dashboards for managers and management on the other hand.

These tools have contributed to obtaining the French standard NF 345 - NF Service "Customer Relations Center", which then became the standard NF EN 15838 "Customer Contact Center" and was more recently aligned with the international standard ISO 18295-1 & 2, including management and social responsibility requirements.

Indeed, the certification process requires the implementation of a quality organization that must be supported by a set of tools to deploy and measure it.

The experience they have acquired over the past 20 years allows them to offer simple but effective tools for the customer relations industry.

They are constantly aware that the tools should not be a constraint for the user, but should provide real added value while being pleasant to use and intuitive, at any level of an organization.
