Who we are

We are friends

Calibris was founded 10 years ago by friends who managed the information system of the customer relations department at one of Europe's largest contact centers. Over:

  • 2500 agents,
  • 70 managers,
  • and operates across 6 sites in various countries.

The systems they implemented enabled them to disseminate information throughout the organization and to centralize and compile data for creating management dashboards for both managers and executive leaders.

These tools have helped the company achieve the French NF 345 - NF Service "Customer Relations Center" certification. This later evolved into the NF EN 15838 "Customer Contact Center" standard and was recently updated to align with the international standard ISO 18295-1 & 2, which includes management and social responsibility criteria.
