How to integrate with Kiamo

Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator, and you'll need an API token generated from your Kiamo administration panel.

Unlike some of our other integrations, Kiamo is connected through an API token rather than a login redirect.

Step 1

You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu

In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.

Localize the card Kiamo and click on it to open the configuration form.

Step 2

You'll need an administrator account on your Kiamo instance to generate an API token.

From your Kiamo administration panel, generate an API token for Calibris.

Back in Calibris, fill in the Kiamo URL field with the base URL of your Kiamo instance, and paste your API token in the corresponding field.

Step 3

Use the test connection button to check that Calibris can reach your Kiamo instance before saving.

Once the test succeeds, click Save. You can now take advantage of your Kiamo's integration with Calibris, pull in your call recordings, and evaluate them, all through Calibris.
