How to integrate with Freshdesk

Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator and to be logged into Freshdesk as a Freshdesk administrator/account owner

Step 1

You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu

In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.

Localize the card Freshdesk and use the connect button to be re-directed to Freshdesk to authenticate.

Step 2

You must log in to Freshdesk as an administrator or Freshdesk account owner to authorize integration.

When you are redirected to the Freshdesk site, you will need to authenticate yourself with your Freshdesk administrator credentials, if you were not already authenticated.

An information page may then appear, confirming that Calibris wishes to access your Freshdesk workspace. All you have to do is confirm.

Step 3

You'll be redirected to Calibris. It's that simple.

You can now take advantage of your Freshdesk's integration with Calibris, search for your tickets, view or evaluate some of them, all through Calibris.
