How to integrate with Salesforce
Important In order to complete this configuration, you'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator and to be logged into Salesforce as an Salesforce administrator/account owner
Step 1
You'll need to be logged into Calibris as an administrator to access the integration menu
In the Administration menu, locate the Integrations section and click on Catalog.
Localize the card Salesforce and use the connect button to be re-directed to Salesforce to authenticate.
Step 2
You must log in to Salesforce as an administrator or Salesforce account owner to authorize integration.
When you are redirected to the Salesforce site, you will need to authenticate yourself with your Salesforce administrator credentials, if you were not already authenticated.
An information page may then appear, confirming that Calibris wishes to access your Salesforce workspace. All you have to do is confirm.
Step 3
You'll be redirected to Calibris. It's that simple.
You can now take advantage of your Salesforce's integration with Calibris, search for your cases, view or evaluate some of them, all through Calibris.
